Our Liberty office is currently looking for an individual who is excited to be on the front lines of Solar’s rapid growth to fill our Renewable Energy Advisor (REA) position.



 The REA will manage all incoming sales leads for ReVision Energy’s Liberty Branch. This is a full-time office position, Monday through Friday. This critical role at the company handles a high volume of incoming leads coming through both phone calls and web inquiries. The candidate must possess or be able to acquire a basic operational and design specific understanding of each renewable energy product that we offer. The candidate must also be able to explain each of the different products and product benefits for homeowners in various situations. Excellent communication skills, genuine belief in our mission, responsiveness, organization, and high-level of computer prowess are essentials for this position.


Role and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Respond to inbound web leads, phone leads, and greet walk in clients visiting our showroom
  • Schedule site evaluations for sales team using online CRM tool
  • Email clients confirming site visits that are scheduled
  • Keep our mission driven focus top of mind with all interactions with customers
  • Table ReVision Energy booth at events


Critical Skills/Expectations:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills as well as good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills; enthusiastic attitude conveyed over the phone and ability to manage high volume of conversations per day is required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize numerous opportunities effectively
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to work self-guided in a fast paced and growing environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and other commonly used software, including internet and email- must be able to handle high e-mail volume
  • A high-level comfort with technology is required
  • Must bring a positive attitude; thoughtful ideas for growth of company are encouraged
  • Interest in the technology we provide and ability to acquire basic understanding of how it works
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
